After my hip replacement surgery, I was nervous about how I would manage recovery at home. The team of nurses and physical therapists who came to my house were amazing. They helped me with everything from managing my medications to assisting with physical therapy exercises. I was able to recover comfortably in my own home, and they made sure I felt safe every step of the way. I’m now walking better than I ever expected, and I couldn’t have done it without their support!

When I had my stroke, I thought I would never be able to live independently again.
